This service focuses on supporting clients with their day-to-day personal hygiene and grooming needs. 

• Bathing and showering support 

• Dressing and grooming (e.g., hair brushing, skincare)

• Oral hygiene assistance

• Toileting support (including continence care)

• Mobility support (help with walking, transferring, or using mobility aids)

• Engaging in meaningful conversations

• Assistance with common TV problems, such as sound issues, no signal, or picture quality

• Help with resetting Wi-Fi connections or fixing streaming app issues (e.g., Netflix, YouTube, etc.)

• Troubleshooting remote control problems or pairing with devices
